SILIT-WE-2012 is non-ionic water emulsion of high-density polyethylene wax. Mainlyused in industries such as metal surface treatment, ink painting, varnish, wood paintcoatings, seed coatings, industrial coatings, leather finishing agents, etc.,especially formetal surface treatment, can be applied in Dacromet Coating to extend nut corrosion life.

Application：

  • SILIT-WE-2012, for metal surface treatment, can be applied in Dacromet Coating ,to enhances Dacromet coating density and surface properties, extending nut corrosion life.
  • SILIT-WE-2012 is applied in water-based paint ink systems, it can improve the product's resistance to friction resistance, scratch resistance, adhesion resistance, smoothness, and hardness.

  • Recommended Dosage: 3-5%, and the addition process and amount can be implemented according to the customer's on-site situation.

SILIT-WE-2012 is available in 200kg or 1000 kg plastic drums.
